BENCHLAB 2 - Computex Sneak Peek - Compatible with CORSAIR Frame

BENCHLAB 2: Next-Generation Telemetry Platform Preview at Computex 2026

We are thrilled to give PC DIY enthusiasts, RD labs, and universities a preview of the upcoming BENCHLAB 2 at Computex 2026, at the Corsair suite. This showcases the next-generation improvments of our system telemetry and control platform, currently planned for late 2026.

For those looking to start their telemetry journey today, the current BENCHLAB is readily available at benchlab.io and partner resellers (USA). Software improvments will be released for all existing BENCHLAB models.

The BENCHLAB Project

Launched at the end of 2023 by Open Benchtable and ElmorLabs, BENCHLAB is a real-time system telemetry solution designed for anyone with system monitoring needs.

The BENCHLAB allows you to monitor critical system metrics—including temperature, power usage, and voltage levels.

Telemetry data is accessible via the BENCHLAB software (Windows) and can be logged and exported to a file or to HWiNFO. To further support the community, integration with tools like PyCore and PyTools, enables users to connect with BENCHLAB using Python code on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.

BENCHLAB 2 Preview

At Computex, we highlight the improvements and new features that we are considering for BENCHLAB 2.

The key message is clear: BENCHLAB 2 brings improved telemetry, new functionality, native support for the CORSAIR FRAME chassis and iCUE integration.

The live scenario showcases a Frame 4000D system with BENCHLAB 2, visualizing the telemetry output on a CORSAIR XENEON EDGE Display. Integration with the recently announced iCUE widget is planned for the official launch in lae 2026.

Key improvements of the BENCHLAB 2 :

  • Enhanced Stability: A new 6-layer PCB design improves measurement reliability in high-power draw scenarios.

  • Advanced Monitoring: Per-pin 12VHPWR (high power) monitoring for both 12VHPWR connectors.

  • Chassis Compatibility: Compatibility with Corsair Frame chassis expands installation beyond the Open Benchtable and similar test bench platforms.

  • Added Features:

    • Support for mounting up to two SSDs.

    • A 5VSB (standby power) switch function.

    • Physical power on and reset buttons.

    • A buzzer for audible warnings on 12VHPWR.

    • Front panel headers to simultaneously connect BENCHLAB and the case front panel while retaining software control in lab envrionment.

We are committed to building tools for the enthusiast community and believe BENCHLAB 2 represents a major leap forward in system telemetry and control.

Register for update on the launch of BENCHLAB 2 in late 2026!
